Fees: £200 per standard form Will (£300 if two Husband & Wife Wills required to be produced concurrently). Where more complex Will(s) required, ie. setting up trusts, inheritance tax issues, specific gifts and/or guardianship of minors, then Fees will be quoted upon request.

POWER OF ATTORNEY FORMS

Fees - £200 per Form (£350 if both Financial and Health required concurrently) plus costs of registration. £15 per first certified copy of each, and £10 per each additional set.

PROBATE AND ESTATE SETTLEMENT

Fees quoted on request (based on percentage value of the Estate to be distributed).
